What you bring

Minimum of 6 years application consulting experience

Good experience & knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Payroll and/or Talent modules

Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module

At least (4-5) end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM

The developments might include using Python based Machine learning and deep learning models such a BERT or ROBERTA and deep understanding of model working is essential.
A part of this team delivers AI capabilities for streamlining process operations and and on-going production-level support and improvements to LoBs operational working methodologies.Creating a cycle of prioritization, execution, and collecting feedback/signals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The fellows will be supporting our AI, Robotics and Automation Services (Application Development, Document Information Processing, Data Attribute Recommendation, and Product Recommendation).

Expectations for this role include:
• 1-3 years of Full stack developer (Java & Python must)

• Development on Python Based AI models
• Usage of Joule based products
• Usage of BTP based products
• Under standing Concur as a product capability

• Creating clarity by translating the customer pain point into an AI problem to be solved
• Evaluating the impact of the AI deliverable
• Designing a solution for the AI problem and developing the application

Tasks include:
• Working closely and meeting regularly with stakeholder teams (outbound PM team, LoB partner team, etc.)
• AI based developments and then usage of Robotics to enable the intelligence to be transformed into action.

WORK EXPERIENCE

What you'll do 

Drive market research and collect relevant information for targeted transformation conversation

Guiding customer through their transformation journey

Work as a subject matter expert in cross-industry and industry convergence topics

Participate in strategic initiatives within SIX to drive customer adoption

Manage the contractual aspects of project execution and thereby create and own statements of work with the customer.

Support various projects within SIX including Experience Centers, Demo Build, Value prototyping and other strategic initiatives.

Manage Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality of the customer projects, Value Accelerators and Experience Center initiatives through its life cycle

Work hands on, configure and setup, one or more of the industry solutions of SAP, building and testing applications leveraging industry skills and product experience.

Ability to guide and work with a team to execute complex customer requirements across multiple industry solutions involving integration, App development, Analytics and AI scenario development. 

What you bring

Expert in more than one of the industry solutions , preferably in SAP Strategic industries portfolio (preferably one of the following viz Consumer Products, Automotive, Retail, Utilities and Oil and Gas)

Even if there is no hands on experience in programming, is expected to understand coding logic and work with development colleagues to translate business requirements into tech spec.

Experience of building solutions extension on BTP for Industry backends is required.

Strong experience of doing end to end implementation projects with industry solutions is necessary

Good knowledge of the Business suite / SAP S/4HANA processes and a good understanding of process extension concepts is essential.

Experience in software- design and architecture.

Good understanding of AI concepts including ability to think of solutions to customer problems using AI concepts is a desirable skill to have.
Minimum 15 years of SAP relevant experience of which at least 10 years should be as a industry solution expert.

Experience of playing the role of a SAP Solution Architect in multiple projects with demonstrated knowledge of architecture frameworks is essential. 

Willingness to learn new SAP technologies and solution as they become available

Solid understanding of SAP industry and solution Strategy, Cloud Technologies and Market Trends across industries.

Designing and implementing end to end solution landscapes using SAP Industry cloud solutions is mandatory.

AI-first thought process and demonstrated experience of leveraging SAP AI capabilities for designing end to end solutions is important.

Techno-Functional Experience is desirable including good understanding of software development methodologies and agile project management.

Strong knowledge in developing functional specifications based on business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and solutions.

Openness for travel and do customer-facing work and flexibility work across time zones when required

Good presentation and communication skills to present complex information in a clear and simple manner

As a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S4 HANA Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable

Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management. Basic knowledge on the Mobile Asset Management is desirable; Experience in any of LAM, MRS, GEF solution areas would be a plus

What You bring

2-3 full life cycle implementations exposure 

Architectural knowledge of deployment modes of various SAP Analytics solutions (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid) would be a plus

Good core consulting skills – Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of latest trends in Analytics space including platforms and solutions from other vendors

Knowledge of development on HANA 2.0 like HANA XSA Development, nodeJS or ABAP development would be an added advantage.

Hands on knowledge of related planning solutions like BPC, TPM, BW-IP will be nice to have and will give added advantage.
