PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within SAP Success Delivery Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of SAP DMC, SAP MII and SAP ME.
What you"ll do:
As a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industry customers with SAP Implementation/Development in the areas of SAP DMC, SAP MII & SAP ME.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and go-live of customer implementation projects/ Conversion projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. Help customers to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents etc.,
- Providing creative ideas/solutions to address customer problems/pain points
- Work on customer proposals with the Bid Management Team, Sales and Delivery Teams, create the necessary value proposition and package the service offerings that make it a winning deal

What you"ll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree – Master's degree preferred but not required.
- Must have experience in the MII core areas of building Queries, Business Logic Transactions, Plant Information Catalogue, SSCE, SAP OEE module, and Interface to SAP ECC/S4HANA
- Must have experience in DMC core areas of application configuration, BOM, Routing, Data Collection, Resource Orchestration, Shopfloor Designer, Insights and Interface to SAP SCC/S4HANA
- Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP MII/SAP DMC configurations, writing detailed specifications for development of custom programs, testing, coordination of transports to production, and post go-live support
- Knowledge of shop-floor systems, including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Historians integration
- Must have experience in SAP UI5-based application development.
- Must have a sound understanding of different Plant Landscapes, Integration Methodologies and Positioning of SAP MII and DMC
- Knowledge of Cloud Integration (CPI) is a definite plus
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP MII, SAP ME and SAP DMC
- Must have participated in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations
- Must have experience in conducting explore workshops, writing a scope document and a technical design document
- Must have process knowledge from the Discrete Manufacturing and/or Process Industry
- Must have experience in the PCo setup for integration to shopfloor systems like SCADA, DCS, Historian, LIMS, etc.
- Must have experience in user interface development using UI5, HTML, JavaScript and NodeJS

This is a position for Concur Solution Area to develop reusable AI capabilities for solving business problems for products such as Joule and GenAI Hub. The developments might include using Python based Machine learning and deep learning models such a BERT or ROBERTA and deep understanding of model working is essential.
A part of this team delivers AI capabilities for streamlining process operations and and on-going production-level support and improvements to LoBs operational working methodologies.Creating a cycle of prioritization, execution, and collecting feedback/signals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The fellows will be supporting our AI, Robotics and Automation Services (Application Development, Document Information Processing, Data Attribute Recommendation, and Product Recommendation).
Expectations for this role include:
• 1-3 years of Full stack developer (Java & Python must)
• Development on Python Based AI models
• Usage of Joule based products
• Usage of BTP based products
• Under standing Concur as a product capability
• Creating clarity by translating the customer pain point into an AI problem to be solved
• Evaluating the impact of the AI deliverable
• Designing a solution for the AI problem and developing the application
Tasks include:
• Working closely and meeting regularly with stakeholder teams (outbound PM team, LoB partner team, etc.)
• AI based developments and then usage of Robotics to enable the intelligence to be transformed into action.
• Writing pitch documents that outline the use case, the proposed solution, the work items, timeline, and impact
• Partnering with the product owner in unblocking any issues for development
Learning & Development Opportunities
