  • Establish strong financial controls, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance.

  • Provide actionable insights to the Board and leadership team for decision-making.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across business verticals.
  • Drive capital management, funding strategies, and investor relations.
  • Oversee risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team.
  • Partner with business heads to evaluate new ventures, mergers, and expansion opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience

  • CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent with a strong academic background.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/CFO role in a diversified group or large business.
  • Proven track record in multi-sector financial management (experience in energy, logistics, or manufacturing sectors preferred).
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of Indian tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems and digital financial transformation is a plus.
  • Must be a trusted advisor, ethical leader, and strong communicator capable of aligning with the company’s culture and long-term vision.
