Key Responsibilities:

2. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and becomes a loyal customer.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient operations and cost control.

4. Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and stay competitive.

5. Financial Management: Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

7. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.

8. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Cafe Experience: Have experience in cafe management or a similar role, preferably with a proven track record of success.

2. Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

3. Customer Service Skills: Have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.

4. Inventory Management: Have experience with inventory management, including ordering and controlling stock levels.

5. Financial Management: Have basic financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.

6. Marketing and Promotion: Have experience with marketing and promotion, including social media and local advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Food Safety Certification: Hold a food safety certification, such as Food Safety Manager Certification.

2. Hospitality Experience: Have experience in the hospitality industry, including cafes, restaurants, or hotels.
