Must Have
Job Requirements :-
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is required
- Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails
- Native and Custom Integration experience of peripheral systems with marketing cloud . E.g. : Veeva CRM
- Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language ( preferred)
- Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
- Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
- Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model

- Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units
- Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
- Experienced on platform migration projects from other platforms to SFMC

Who we are looking for
The role Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the Global Account-based marketing (ABM) and European marketing team on developing and executing marketing campaigns to support regional revenue priorities.
In this full-time role, you will support and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and delivery of marketing assets, supporting the execution of campaigns across channels including email, advertising, webinars, events, and social media. You will also assist with inputs on campaign messaging, content creation and reporting as needed. You will be required to work collaboratively with the following teams and channels, international marketing, product marketing, customer insights and analytics, digital team, content, creative and, as relevant, third-party contractors or agencies to deliver the projects as per plan.

This role is essential to support the success of the Account based marketing (ABM) and European focused campaigns, both from brand awareness, engagement and lead generation perspective. Timely planning and execution of these campaigns is key for International Marketing to contribute to business and sales outcomes. In this role, the candidate will help us manage day-to-day deliverables in an effective way, while also helping build long term plans, processes and best practices for campaigns for Marketing as a whole.
What you will be responsible for
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Working with the ABM and European marketing managers to support the execution of brand awareness and lead generation marketing campaigns, using a variety of channels including email, social media, paid media, webinars and events.
- Content creation – responsible for reviewing copy for social media, digital channels and emails ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and campaign strategy. This includes coordinating with the editorial team to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assisting with project management of marketing projects to ensure they are delivered to a high standard and to schedule.
- Email marketing – building an effective targeting approach and working with digital team to execute on email marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with research and analytics team to leverage insights for messaging and targeting planning.
- Demonstrate and report on ROI of campaigns through reviewing campaign metrics against objectives; tracking and inputting activities in CRM and campaign optimization and course correction as needed.
- Provide event management support for both virtual and in-person events, including managing invitations, coordinating with stakeholders and speakers, overseeing logistics, and handling post-event communications.
- Stakeholder alignment: Ensure clear and regular communication with key stakeholders. Align on campaign strategy, provide campaign performance updates and work on agreed next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. digital, research and analytics, product marketing) to execute marketing campaigns and tactics effectively.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies on specific campaign scopes to support effective execution and ensure high quality delivery.

Sr. Associate - Campaign management
Overview
The Campaign – Sr. Associate management would be responsible for running Email campaigns for US/UK/European clients Using Salesforce Marketing cloud and other ESP like Sendi etc., The individual will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaign performance based on client objectives.
Required Skills:
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Campaign building and Execution based on client goals and objectives.
• Experience in Data management, hygiene and segmentation
• Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proficient in documenting and testing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. Must be able to understand and analyze campaigns data.
• Experience in Automation and Journey Builder
• Good at writing Amp script, trigger send and new concepts of SFMC like STO
• Good at API Integration
• Good at analyzing the campaigns placement and ensuring the campaigns are meeting the agreed goals and KPI
