Responsibilities:
· Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

· Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.
o Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including their latest features and best practices.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
