About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, experienced, and hands-on MarTech Strategy Specialist with 5+ years of experience in CEP platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, and Braze. If you&aposve built campaign strategies, configured user journeys, and collaborated across teams to deliver scalable lifecycle programs, this role is for you.
This is a critical, high-impact position at Attributics, where you&aposll be part of the core team shaping marketing operations and customer engagement strategy for high-growth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Push, Email, WhatsApp, In-App, SMS) using CleverTap, MoEngage, and Braze
- Architect user journeys and lifecycle strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Own configuration and governance of segments, events, user properties, and campaign rules within these CEPs
- Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to translate business goals into structured campaign flows and automations
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on CEP tools, staying updated with the latest capabilities and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze
- Proven experience in strategizing and executing campaigns across lifecycle stages and digital channels
- Strong understanding of user segmentation, event-based targeting, and real-time personalization
- Ability to work independently and manage projects across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Nice to Have - Prior agency or consulting experience in campaign operations or lifecycle marketing
- Experience working with engineering teams on data instrumentation
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and retention metrics (LTV, churn, etc.)
