- Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements (NON IT)
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty.
- Organize and manage online assessments (Pre-interview screening).
- Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure the smooth execution of drives.
- Manage feedback and offer rollout processes
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the interview process and panel alignment for events.
