The **Candidate Care Coordinator** is the first point of contact for candidates, embodying Sanofi's commitment to a candidate-centric approach. This role will be responsible for Asia Region (India, SEA, ANZ etc) in managing the volume hiring needs. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. **Main responsibilities:**
+ Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
+ Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (eg: interview scheduling, reference check, candidate engagement) , utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
+ Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey.
+ Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidates.
+ Provide easy access and support the candidate throughout the recruitment process.
**About you**

**Experience** :
