Role Specifications:
Be accountable for all syndicated & continuous data reports & analysis for the business
1. Generating monthly data reports from RMS, KWP, Sales data using standard software
2. Obtaining data for research study design & MID inputs e.g. TG proportions, category size, WtD, etc.
3. Understanding ad-hoc data analysis requests from marketing team and getting these executed with agencies
Maintaining data quality
1. Monitoring coverage of panel estimates and working with agencies on improvement plans where ever required
Capability Building
1. Leading frequent inductions on RMS, KWP with brand, sales, finance teams
Subscription requests and negotiations
1. Interacting with agency partners on subscription requests along with negotiations
Position Requirements
Education/Qualification: Graduate from an accredited institute
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Market Research Agency or a similar role. Should have hands-on experience with Nielsen Retail Panel

Critical Skills:
Ability to use Excel with key functions
Ability to make Excel reports with summaries

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own growth for the Personal Care chemical segment in the US by expanding into new regions, acquiring untapped customers, and increasing Elchemy’s market share and profitability.
- Build and lead a high-performing, accountable sales team. Set clear KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Deepen client relationships through structured key account management. Ensure satisfaction, grow wallet share, and position Elchemy as a strategic partner.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Elchemy’s vision. Prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive cross-functional execution to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Drive adoption of CRM, automation, and analytics to streamline sales operations, enhance customer engagement, and enable data-driven decisions.
- Provide clear, actionable insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic direction and mitigate risks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
- 12+ years of proven experience in B2B technical sales in the chemicals or personal care space
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams.
