Role Specifications:

Be accountable for all syndicated & continuous data reports & analysis for the business

1. Generating monthly data reports from RMS, KWP, Sales data using standard software

2. Obtaining data for research study design & MID inputs e.g. TG proportions, category size, WtD, etc.

3. Understanding ad-hoc data analysis requests from marketing team and getting these executed with agencies

Maintaining data quality

Education/Qualification: Graduate from an accredited institute

    Ad 1. Work with the Regional Sales Manager on maintaining and growing a sustainable and profitable business with customers in the region – from planning to execution

  • Ensure our products and technologies are understood by customers, and our business partners (e.g. distributors) while providing solution to our customers on technical and business aspects.
  • Identify, generate and develop new personal care accounts for market expansion and sales growth.
  • Create, develop and maintain a healthy and positive business rapport with existing and new customer’s managers, technical supervisors, purchasing managers and chemists
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at existing and new customers while maintaining an up-to-date record in Salesforce.com
  • Ensure that yearly targeted contribution margin and operating profit results are achieved.

  • Report and present market and customer insights as well as business intelligence with the team.

  • Identify and plan for future route to market for margin improvement.
  • Ad 3. Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify and deliver NBOs and priorities of Personal Care BU

  • Clarify and validate customer needs (technical, commercial etc) on an ongoing basis
  • Obtain and evaluate feedback on samples and technologies on a regular basis
  • Identify NBO’s: uncover and quantify growth opportunities (and risks) for Elementis products to drive sustainable and profitable growth for Elementis, together with Marketing, Technical Sales and Technical Service.
  • Collaborate with Personal Care Team in the ceation of new business opportunities (Skin & Sun care, Cosmetics, AP Actives and others) while delivering values of our products to customers (e.g. replication of success from different region with Technical Application support on formulation improvement etc.).
