The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely cataloguing of all product data to support the brand’s digital and retail channels. This role is critical to enhancing the customer journey by maintaining high-quality product information across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end product cataloguing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) .
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product data including titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, SKU details, imagery, and categorization.
- Work closely with merchandising, buying, design, and marketing teams to gather product details and ensure alignment across departments.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure data consistency, quality, and completeness.
- Upload product images and ensure correct sequencing, naming conventions, and image quality standards.
- Ensure all product listings comply with brand standards and SEO best practices.
- Monitor inventory and catalog changes to ensure listings are up-to-date across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with tech and operations teams to troubleshoot issues related to catalogue integration, uploads, or data errors on Salesforce.
- Assist with catalog migrations or system updates as required.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in product cataloguing, preferably in the fashion/retail/e-commerce industry.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is mandatory .
- Strong understanding of product taxonomy, categorization, and metadata management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing tools.
