We seek a seasoned Team Lead Support Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco’s enterprise network technologies and Fortinet’s FortiGate firewalls. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage 5G core network elements and services (e.g., AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF).
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the 5G core network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RAN, Transport, IT) to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.
- Stay current with 3GPP standards, 5G technologies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications core network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of 5G Core architecture (NSA/SA), protocols (HTTP/2, Diameter, GTP), and cloud-native principles.
- Hands-on experience with key 5G core functions and interfaces.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with virtualized network functions (VNFs) and containerized network functions (CNFs).
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, routing protocols, and security principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
