About the Role:
We seek a seasoned Team Lead Support Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco’s enterprise network technologies and Fortinet’s FortiGate firewalls. The ideal candidate will have a strong network security and infrastructure background and hands-on experience troubleshooting and deploying complex network environments. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher, Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) certification preferred.
Skills:
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues using industry-standard and specialized tools. Proficient in packet analysis with Wireshark, network performance monitoring with SolarWinds, and other relevant diagnostic utilities. Skill specifications

Knowledge and experience of the newest technologies such as Segment Routing, Traffic engineering, DC switching, VxLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN & Wireless is a plus.

The Level 3 Network Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure network infrastructures to support in multi data center infrastructure. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, architectural planning, and optimization of network systems to ensure high availability, reliability, performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design and Architecture:
- Design and implement robust network architectures to support current and future business requirements.
- Develop network diagrams, documentation, and specifications for network components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical network requirements.
Network Implementation and Deployment:
- Configure and deploy network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers, and VPN concentrators.
- Implement network security measures, including access control, encryption, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Deploy and manage network monitoring and management tools to ensure proactive network health and performance monitoring.
Network Optimization and Performance Tuning:
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize network configurations to enhance efficiency and throughput.
- Conduct periodic network performance assessments and capacity planning exercises.
- Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize critical network traffic.
Network Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide escalated support for complex network issues and outages, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network-related problems impacting business operations.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for network infrastructure.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices to protect network assets from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate potential security risks.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in networking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, etc.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware, including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and other leading vendors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Be a hands-on technical contributor with design and coding for product development and debugging.
- Technical Ramp up and leading a scrum team with the delivery responsibility.
- Define and review the product architecture for higher scale and better performance.
- Adhere to Agile Scrum methodologies with appropriate sprint planning in alignment with release road map.
- To provide technical support and solutions to customer issues with hands-on debugging.
- To work closely with QA in driving the timely and quality releases of new products and features.
Required skills:
- Layer 2, Layer 3 Protocols (like OSPF, BGP, ISIS, Vxlan, RIP, VLANs, STP/MSTP, LACP, ARP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS etc.)
- Significant Leadership level working experience with IP Multicast Routing Protocols – IGMP, PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, MSDP.

Qualification:
