**A-Day-In-the-Life of a Process Excellence Manager:**
**Projects** - Facilitating, scribing and/or keeping time for projects across different departments, BUs, Divisions, even Groups. Updating project plan/A3 regularly to keep team members accountable, updating both the project's KPIs and actions. Customize PPI tools, workshops, regular meetings, and/or break-out sessions to ensure successful implementation of your projects.
**Culture** - Support implementation of PPI Cultural frameworks like Tiered Accountability, Gemba, Strategy Deployment,. influencing all levels of the organization to implement these frameworks.
**Finance** - Keep the hard savings in mind for your projects. Ensure the planned & estimated savings are most accurate. Put structure in place to record the true savings after the implementation.
**Customer** - Support customer feedback collection and measurement, cross divisional improvement project identification and coordination, front-line employee training, and digital self-serve tools
**Education / Experience required:**
