Role Description
Are you passionate about early childhood education and skilled at leading teams? We are looking for a
dynamic and dedicated Centre Directress/Branch Head
to lead our preschool operations with excellence.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jayamahal Extension, Nandi Durga Road, Bengaluru North for a Center Director. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and maintaining strong communication with parents. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
– Lead a team of teachers and support staff, set clear expectations, and foster a collaborative work culture.
Curriculum & Educational Programs
– Oversee curriculum implementation, ensure alignment with early childhood education standards, and continuously improve teaching outcomes.
Operations & Compliance
– Manage day-to-day preschool operations, scheduling, enrolment, and maintain a safe, well-organized environment.
Financial Oversight
– Develop and manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, and work on strategies to boost enrolment.
Parent & Community Engagement
– Build strong relationships with parents, encourage active involvement, and strengthen community partnerships.
Staff Development
– Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct evaluations; and create growth opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
– Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation with 2–3 years of experience as a Centre Directress/Branch Head OR
in client management,
OR
5 years of teaching experience
Strong understanding of child development and parental engagement
Excellent decision-making and team leadership skills
Influential personality with outstanding communication (spoken & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and email communication
