Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore
Contract type: Full Time / Permanent Opportunity
Salary: 80,000 – 1.5 Lakh per month depending on experience + up to 10% bonus if KPIs are met
Working pattern: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (Monthly rotational shifts)

Purpose of the Role:
As a Center Director , your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families.
To lead a high performing sustainable childcare and education business with a motivated and self-directed team, consistent with all aspects of our Mission in Motion .
Key Accountabilities:
- Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously improving the practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture
- Designated Safeguarding Lead for the center
- Set the highest standards of behaviour across their setting consistent with the HEART principles
- Coach the highest levels of performance from every member of their team
- Deliver world class customer service aligned to local customer expectations
- Ensure high quality care and education maintaining internal ‘green’ audits and external ‘good, excellent or outstanding’ regulatory assessments
- Optimise budgeted ROS
- Deliver (or exceed) budgeted occupancy levels
- Have up to date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensure compliance with these at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learning
- Develop and execute your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality and growth KPI’s
- Attend client meetings as required
Education and Experience:
- Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)
