**Job Summary**: The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on field support to sellers and audits, stake holder management, within and outside of Amazon, rolling out of new processes, and running central control centres. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying patterns and any disruptions in it along with ability to scrutinize details and foresee the implications of the data.

Head of Central Operations

As a Lead, your typical week might include the following

  • Partner with technology to create digital operations model across all sub functions of central operations team
  • With IT, jointly own tech platforms deployment for Go live
  • Focus on cost efficiency with scalability
  • Collaborate with Products and Customer/ Distributor Experience team to execute “Customer First’ strategy
  • Use Technology as Enabler to deliver exceptional Service standards to Customer and Distributor
  • Build and execute Operations strategy for Retail and Group business
  • Retail Operations: This central sub function will be responsible for service level management for new business, endorsements servicing and renewal processing for customers acquired by retail distribution team. The team will be responsible to build digital customer journeys across all platforms (including integration with distributor ecosystem) and monitor performance to ensure seamless customer experience. The unit will also manage financial reconciliation of premium including refunds wherever applicable.
  • Group Operations: This central sub function will be responsible for service level management for new business, endorsements servicing and renewal processing for customers acquired by group distribution team. The team will be responsible for placement of Client business with adequate controls on financial reconciliation of premium including refunds wherever applicable. The team will also liaise with Distribution, Underwriting, Claims and Third-Party Administrators to support the intermediaries in providing seamless service experience to Clients

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • System entry of daily collection receipts and cash deposit.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations with Nil Open Receipts / Open Credits and co-ordinate with bank.
    • Map EMI collections and ensure timely system entry of EMI presentation.
    • Part payments, foreclosure entries and loan closures with zero errors.
    • EMI banking through NACH/PDC and check mandate registration & status MIS.
    • Process refunds & excess money adjustments with audit compliance.
    • Prepare MIS /Reports for reviews.
    • Involve in UAT & system improvement projects.
    • Coordinate between different department/functions i.e Finance, Branch Ops, Product, IT & Audit for smooth functioning.


    Candidate Profile:

    • 4 to 6 years in NBFC/Bank Central Operations: Receipts, Reconciliation, EMI/NACH / Mandate registration and transaction processing.
    • Understanding of Mortgage loan lifecycle operations, audit & compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS preparation
    • Graduate in Commerce/Finance preferred.
