We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Subject Matter Expert to develop high-quality content, including exam questions and study notes, for students preparing for financial and accounting certification exams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CMA (US), AI-CPA, CFA, and FRM exams and will create materials that align with current exam patterns and syllabuses.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive course materials, including questions and study notes, tailored to the exam patterns of financial and accounting certification exams.
• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the latest syllabus changes and exam formats.
• Collaborate with faculty members to integrate created content into the overall curriculum.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure the reliability and validity of exam questions.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the financial and accounting certification landscape.
• Provide feedback on student performance and suggest areas for improvement in study materials.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. Must have qualifications such as CMA, CPA, CFA, or FRM are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Experience in creating educational content for financial and accounting disciplines. Experience with curriculum development for financial certifications is preferred.
• Certification Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the exam structures, requirements, and best practices for CMA (US), AI-CPA, CFA, and FRM certifications.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts and calculations clearly and concisely.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with educational technology and digital teaching tools. Experience with simulation software or financial modeling tools is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
• Commitment to Quality: A proven track record of developing high-quality educational materials that support student success.
