Role Overview
We’re looking for a Finance Executive to join our team and manage key aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoice booking, vendor and customer reconciliations, accruals, and audit compliance. You’ll also support monthly closings and prepare MIS reports related to AP and AR.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our finance team, you will be entrusted with critical functions that support the
company’s growth and financial health. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable:
● Ensure Timely booking of the invoices in the ERP
● Ensure Monthly Accruals are done for Open Purchase Orders and Invoices not received
● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing by providing necessary AP reports.
● Support audits by ensuring documentation and compliance with company policies.
● Ensure Vendor Reconciliations and sign off on regular basis

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
● Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA-Finance with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience or completed articleship.
● Experience: Background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, exposure to healthcare or startup environments is considered a plus
