Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

The Team:

The Service Operations Site Reliability Engineering team is a newly formed branch of the Network Operations Center. The team sits within the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (CIE) division which is responsible for delivering high quality and highly available SaaS infrastructure and internal tools. You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders from the R&D and Cloud Infrastructure organizations using modern toolsets to deliver resilient & scalable business solutions. Consistent with SRE practices, a key goal for this team is to measure & reduce toil, not only for ourselves but for the broader NOC & Service Operations organizations.
   
Job Responsibilities

·    Provisioning and ongoing management of physical & virtual Linux machines using tools like Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform, to name a few

·    Engage closely with sister teams to assume ownership of various system lifecycle tasks

·    Automate away toil and/or create empowerment processes for transitioning high urgency work to the NOC’s rapid response team

·    Build automated monitoring & observability using tools such as Prometheus/AlertManager, iCinga, Grafana, etc.

·    Participate in all Agile/scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.

·    Participate in the team’s on-call rotation (expected to begin late 2024, early 2025)

Typical Qualifications  

·    5+ years of professional experience delivering SaaS solutions, preferably in a hybrid cloud environment

·    Proven experience using query languages to deliver observability solutions

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the athenaCollector Data Science team, you are expected to work on projects within scrum teams of 2-4 people and execute the following:

● Identify opportunities for different machine learning techniques and evaluate which are best

● Assist in developing and deploying ML-based production services to our clients

Typical Qualifications:

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or a similar role
+ Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies
+ Proven experience administering the Tanium platform (especially Patch module)
+ Hands-on experience managing OS/application patching at scale using Tanium Patch module (or similar endpoint management tools)
+ Experience running vulnerability scans via Tanium Comply or comparable products
+ Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now)
+ Experience with deployment tools (Tanium Deploy, SCCM/MECM, PDQ etc)
+ Experience with AD user group Management to provide support for onboarding and offboarding requests
+ Knowledge of IT security best practices and the ability to implement security measures on end-user devices
+ Solid understanding of operating system patching for Windows (required); Linux/Mac (preferred)
+ Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in vulnerability management/patch lifecycle
+ Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
+ Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
+ Proven proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
+ Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Proven ability to provide L1, L2 support to end-users regarding software, Applications, VDI, Day to day system issues & break fixes, M365, exchange and outlook issues and network-related issues
+ Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
**Preferred Qualification:**
+ Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM/Intune)
