Develop training programs, share best practices, and standardize a unified commercial policy across BUs in India and South Asia.
Channel Network Optimization
Assess and refine the channel network to improve time-to-market, service levels, and regional coverage. Optimize partner selection for efficiency.
Financial & Compliance Management
Support CAD team in achieving revenue and working capital goals. Ensure timely AR collections, compliance with agreements, and adherence to company policies.
Channel Strategy & Performance Tracking
Develop a harmonized channel strategy with tiering for cost efficiency. Conduct regular partner reviews, implement APJ SOPs, and track performance through dashboards. Drive secondary sales analytics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Field Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Master's in business administration (preferable)
- Substantial experience in Channel management and Driving initiatives cutting across Divisions
- Proven experience in sales of life science research/ scientific products in relevant market sectors
- Well organized individual with ability to establish short and long-term business objectives and have a demonstrable record of measuring performance toward those objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization
- Min 10+ years' experience with 10+ years as people manager and leadership roles
- Frequent travel within the country is required ( 60%)
