1. Take the Shift charge of the Plant status from the previous shift operator.
2. Read the Shift report book & check the activity going on and which activity done in last shift, then take plant round to ensure the status are correct as per the charge given.
3. If any deviation found immediately report to the supervisor & take care the corrective action as per his guidance.
4. Plan as per priorities of the work.
5. Monitor the current batches as per SOP & record the parameters, send in process sample & records its result in the BMR send in process.
6. Arrange the Crude material from the store for the next batch /shift to avoid any delay in the process.
7. Ensure that all final product results got from QC. And transfer materials into storage tank.
8. Make sure all Drum/ Containers are properly labeled & there is only one label on it.
9. Keep the working area neat & clean by properly arranging the material & keeping the scrap & waste on its appropriate position.
10. Train the juniors & helpers to improve their skill.
