Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design, test, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and provide technical support.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and labor utilization.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to process, equipment, or materials.
- Work with R&D and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost, and report on progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production systems, automation, and material handling.
- Proficiency in CAD software for process layout and design is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
