Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, preventing both shortages and overstocking.

2. Maintaining accurate records of all inventory through tracking, regular counts, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.

3. Analyzing sales data and business trends to predict future inventory needs and ensure sufficient stock is available.

4. Processing incoming goods from suppliers, storing them correctly, and preparing them for shipment.

5. Preparing products for shipment to customers, ensuring timely deliveries and high levels of order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory of medical devices across warehouses and client sites.
• Ensure accurate stock records using inventory and ERP systems.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, labeling and dispatching of medical instruments.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CDSCO, MDR) for medical device handling and storage.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and delivery teams for inventory planning and restocking.

• Strong knowledge of medical device classification, labeling and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Zoho Inventory).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Prepare and review RFPs/RFQs, commercial proposals, and contracts.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Clerk Inventory Management from Corps of Ordnance, retired at JCO/NCO rank with experience of procurement.

• In depth knowledge of procurement, logistics and supply chain processes within the Indian Army or defence establishment ( GFR 2017, DPM 2009, SAP 2020+ DFPDS 2021)

• Experience in handling capital and revenue procurement.

• Proficiency in MS office, ERP, GeM portal, Defence procedure, CPP and handling technical documentation
