As our Chief Legal Officer, you will be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the company, including general counsel, intellectual property, employee relations, and regulatory matters. You will play a key role in advising our executive committee on legal and regulatory matters, and you will be an integral part of our company's strategic decision-making process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to our executive committee on all legal and regulatory matters related to the gaming industry
- Manage all legal affairs of the company, including contracts, intellectual property, employee relations, and regulatory matters
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties, including vendors, customers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to gaming, data privacy, and cybersecurity
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Manage and oversee the work of outside counsel as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments in the gaming industry and advise the executive committee on potential impacts to the company

**Requirements**:
- 15+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferred experience in B2C, D2C, or gaming industry.

- Experience advising on regulatory matters related to the gaming industry, including licensing and compliance.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and ability to manage trademark and patent portfolios.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team of legal professionals.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
