Job Summary: Responsible for growing the business profitably and managing the P&L of the organization

• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Achieves high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Translates long-term business strategy into long-term business goals for the organization.
• Develops, leads, and motivates Directors and Managers; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
• Develops high-functioning teams. Understands the region within which the organization operates as well as Cu ins’ global products and presence.
• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
• Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or more in Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical
• MBA - will be an added advantage.
• Experience of working on Cummins Engines & Business Development Products
• 10+ years' experience in Industrial Products business related field
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven CEO to lead our India operations. This role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth aligned with our global vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of India branch operations

• Oversee international trade activities, primarily imports from China and exports

• Direct financial operations including P&L and budget management

• Supervise staff and ensure efficient daily workflows

• Ensure compliance with Indian laws, corporate governance, and industry regulations

•Coordinate and support light assembly and logistics processes as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a CEO or Managing Director role within a small or medium-sized entity in India

• Strong understanding of Indian corporate law and public limited company (PLC) structures

• Proven experience in international trade and logistics

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Fluency in English

• Candidates with prior experience in scaling BFSI/data product companies globally.
