Position Overview
We are seeking a stellar Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join 2070 Health. The ideal candidate will embody both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, steering our product strategy for our different portfolio companies while building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy , aligning with our ambitious business objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple portfolio companies , leading the development of a shared product platform that is deployable across companies while building and integrating new, bespoke features to address varying needs and strategic opportunities.
- Drive the integration of the latest AI, ML, and emerging technologies into the product roadmap. Lead and mentor teams building advanced features with Generative AI (LLMs, GenAI), agentic AI, and other cutting-edge innovations—translating business objectives into transformative, scalable AI solutions for digital health products.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to execute high-impact AI-powered solutions, guiding technical execution and quality assurance.
- Define KPIs, monitor and analyze product performance , proactively iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Advocate for agile, scalable processes, and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
What we are looking for?
Professional Experience
- 12-15 years total experience in product management and/or engineering roles, ideally with deep exposure to startups and healthcare or healthtech environments.
- Track record of end-to-end product leadership, from 0 → 1 and scaling initiatives.
- Experience as a player-coach: able to roll up their sleeves, share expertise, and empower diverse teams.
Technical Acumen
- Up-to-date on AI, ML, and emerging tech with demonstrated ability to translate business goals into high-impact technical solutions.
- Experience guiding teams building with Generative AI (LLMs, GenAI), agentic AI, and integrating AI features into digital products.
- Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python; comfortable discussing architecture and implementation details.
