  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team; mentor and develop technical talent.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure value delivery and service level adherence.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s/PHD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in higher education or large enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of academic technology platforms (ERP, LMS, online learning tools).
  • Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with UGC/AICTE/NAAC/NIRF frameworks and requirements.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in leading an IT department within an organization shall be desirable.

Skills and Competencies:
