We are hiring CHINESE / JAPANESE LANGUAGE EXPERT for our client micro controllers company located in Coimbatore.

Japanese Expert

Job Description  Interpret and translate between English and Japanese.    

1.  Interpretation/ Translation at meetings,
2. Desk work including translation of emails and others
3.  Preparing minutes of meetings in Japanese (or English).    
4. Translation of emails, manuals, or any other documents from Japanese to English, English to Japanese.    
5. Any other work as assigned by the Human Resource Team related to office administration.  

Job Requirement  

1. Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the translation/interpretation.    
2. Japanese/English Skills (speaking, writing & reading    
3. Proficiency in Japanese equivalent to JLPT N2 level or with a minimum certification of JLPT N3 with any degree.    
4. Good Speaking proficiency and typing Speed in Japanese and English.    
5. Good working knowledge of MS Office,Strong Communication Skills

Chinese Expert

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Chinese Translation (Read/Write/Speak)
2. Co-ordinate with Quality team/R&D team
3. Customer Service representative for upcoming project management
4. Email & Quality feedback handling

Desired Candidate Profiles:

1. 2-5 years of experience as Chinese translator with HSKK Intermediate
2. Degree/ Diploma in Chinese Language
3. Fluency in Chinese Language

• Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons to students across various levels (Beginner to Advanced).
• Create and implement innovative teaching strategies and materials to facilitate effective learning.
• Assess student performance through various evaluation methods (quizzes, exams, assignments, presentations).
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students to support their learning journey.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives.
• Facilitate interactive learning activities, including discussions, role-playing, and group projects.
• Manage classroom dynamics and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and institutional events.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Potentially tutor students remotely for specific needs or advanced studies.

• Master's degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), or a related field.
• A recognized TESOL or TEFL certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a second language at the tertiary or professional level.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern pedagogical approaches and language teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
• Experience in curriculum design and assessment development is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL, Education, or a related field.
• A recognized TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching English as a foreign or second language, with a strong emphasis on advanced learners.
• Proven experience teaching online and familiarity with virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype).
• Excellent command of the English language, including advanced grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about language education.
