Travel and Mobility: - Regularly travel to different company locations to ensure consistent implementation of HR strategies and practices. - Address HR-related issues and provide support to regional HR teams.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in retail or hospitality industry.
Proven experience in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different cultural environments.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
