**Key Responsibilities**
+ Proven experience on the CICS functionality and architecture.
+ Provide technical support as needed in the planning, coordination, installation, implementation and testing of releases, upgrades or changes to CICS and related ISV products.
+ Capable of installing, upgrading and migrating CICS Transaction Servers.
+ Capable of installing, upgrading and supporting IBM & ISV related products such as Compuware Abend-AID, ASG TMON/CICS, Omegamon for CICS, BMC Mainview, Xpediter/CICS, CA ACF2/CICS, CA Intertest and CA SymDump.
+ Provide primary on-call support for CICS and associated ISV products.
+ Problem determination and resolution within expected timeframe.
+ Diagnose CICS system and related product issues and follow up with Root Cause Analysis.
+ Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
+ Engineer with 10+ Years of experience in CICS system programming.
+ Experience in CICS transaction server and related ISV products.
+ Basic knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM and Third party products
+ Capable of Upgrading /Installing and supporting IBM & ISV related Products Proficient in technologies like P2V, V2V and P2P migrations.
+ Experience with performance tuning and workload balancing in CICS.
+ Familiarity with CICS monitoring tools (Omegamon for CICS, BMC MainView, IBM CICS Performance Analyzer).
+ Knowledge of CICS Web Services, MQ integration, and DB2 connectivity.
+ Experience with RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret security administration for CICS.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Job Summary
Provide premium CICS system programming support and services to Ensono mainframe clients.
The successful candidate will perform mainframe CICS Transaction Server software administration and tuning to support our customers' CICS environments. The individual will need to work with vendor personnel to achieve timely solutions of CICS related problems.

+ Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner as they pertain to CICS TS and related OEM software products.
+ Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS and related OEM software products
+ Provide support on 24 x 7 x 365 basis across multiple time zones.
+ Provide key support for customer migration services (new customer transitions) as they pertain to CICS TS and related OEM software products.
+ Communicate to both customer and management the status of issues at intervals during resolution process.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 8+ years of professional experience in CICS administration and systems programming support.

+ Experience with reviewing new versions of CICS for functionality, advising how they benefit the client
+ Strong analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts, configuration and tailoring.

Job Summary
Provide premium CICS system programming support and services to Ensono mainframe clients.
The successful candidate will perform mainframe CICS Transaction Server software administration and tuning to support our customers' CICS environments. The individual will need to work with vendor personnel to achieve timely solutions of CICS related problems.

Required Skills and Experience
+ 6 to 9 Years of Mainframe MQ/CICS System Programmer
+ Expertise in MQ for z/OS installation and upgrades (ShopzSeries, SMP/E).
+ Strong troubleshooting skills using MQ command line and monitoring tools.
+ Experience with MQ Explorer, Tivoli, Omegamon, SYSVIEW, BMC MainView, MQATTACH, ICC.
+ Knowledge of security configurations, workload management, and automation scripting.
+ Install, configure, and maintain WMQ and associated system software.
+ Monitor system performance & availability, implementing necessary tuning.
+ Perform system backups, recovery, and troubleshooting for MQ issues.
+ Experience in CICS transaction server, related ISV products.
