Summary

The Specialist IT Infrastructure will install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's networkoperating environment, ensuring the ongoing reliability, performance and security of the infrastructure. Detailed Description

Provide technical support and perform maintenance

Install, maintain and configure network hardware and equipment, routers, switches, wireless access point(ARUBA Access points), and SDWAN devices(Aruba Silverpeak or Viptela or any other SDWAN).

Manage, monitor, and support various network devices (Cisco, Open source Network device, Aruba SDWAN,Wireless, firewalls and NAC)

Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics.

Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and more

Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and services

Formally document change requests and manage the changes
