About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact SAP GenAI Consultant to lead conversations with clients on Generative AI adoption in SAP environments. This role demands a rare combination of deep SAP expertise, Technology & architectural acumen, AI/ML/GenAI proficiency, business consulting mindset, and executive communication skills.
As part of our SAP and AI Innovation teams, you will drive the discovery, design, and realization of GenAI-led transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and broader enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing engagements on GenAI use cases within SAP landscapes.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify, qualify, and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Build solutions aligned to customer’s business goals and transformation initiatives.
- Architect scalable GenAI solutions leveraging SAP BTP, Business AI, SAP Joule, and industry leading LLMs.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and CoE teams to shape differentiated proposals.
- Develop PoVs and reusable solution assets to accelerate client adoption.
- Stay abreast of SAP’s AI roadmap, industry trends and contribute to internal capability building.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience with deep functional or technical expertise (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, NLP).
- Proficiency with SAP BTP services like AI Core, AI Launchpad, CAPM, Integration Suite.
- Experience with SAP Joule or similar GenAI copilots in the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into GenAI architecture and solutions.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAP EA)
- Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and governance in enterprise settings.
- Experience with PoCs or AI solution development using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Google).
- Exposure to SAP-led business process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of composable enterprise and modular architecture principles.
- Contributions to AI thought leadership (blogs, webinars, innovation showcases).
