These areas pertain to our business, e.g. strategic account development, benchmarking, client renewal efforts, marketing, etc. The career paths may be geared towards those who seek a management or individual contributor role within ISG Research.

This role is a critical one to ISG Research’s business and the firm. We seek candidates who have exceptional client facing and time management skills as well as a strong fluency with English.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking progress of all clients; conduct onboarding sessions, enable client renewals of subscription advisory services; communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and general support of the Provider Services sales team on related opportunities/questions/issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage interaction with ISG Research’s existing clients (IT, BPO and Network service providers)
  • Liaison between provider and ISG Advisory community
  • Identify proper usage of momentum services by scheduling advisor briefings and workshop for the clients aligned to client’s objectives of the program
  • Consultatively work with clients to ensure they see value out of their relationship with ISG; conduct on-boarding calls and regular cadence calls
  • Drive and manage monthly/quarterly targets of usage of services per client assigned
  • Provide an overview on ISG Tools, services and offerings purchased and track their usage regularly.
  • Identify concerns of the client, if any. Compile suggestions to improve our products and manage the feedback process.
  • Track and update client activity on a proprietary CRM Tool and create reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years ’ experience in Client relationship and account management, marketing, and sales support function.
  • Time management skills - The ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
  • Stakeholder Management - The ability to proactively troubleshoot client issues and work the client to resolve their issues in a satisfactory manner. This includes understanding the client issues, working with internal research and IT team members to resolve the issue, and communicate clearly and positively with the client throughout the process
  • Consultative - The ability to understand the importance of reporting to client measurement programs and to be able to discuss these concepts with clients
  • Adaptive and Collaborative - The ability to work a flexible schedule, collaborating with US and European and APAC regions. Will occasionally require evening work hours

    Job Summary

    As a Client Data Analyst within our Securities Services sector, you will play a crucial role in managing e-Banking access for our client-facing products. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including our clients and our Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office, and Help Desk teams. Your role will involve understanding complex client requirements, managing inquiries, and controlling access. We believe in delivering best-in-class solutions, and your clear understanding of our business will be key to this. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure timeliness and accuracy by completing client instructions and queries in strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
    • Perform validations on client instructions and seamlessly administer client user access to electronic banking products on provisioning applications in a controlled and risk-free manner.
    • Be aware of operational risk scenarios associated with the role and develop ideas to mitigate risk.
    • Identify and resolve concerns by assisting Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk.
    • Anticipate escalation-prone scenarios and manage them proactively.
    • Own, promote, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Liaise with clients using strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
    • Collaborate effectively as a team player and maintain self-motivation.
    • Work under time-sensitive business deadlines with the ability to work independently.
    • Exhibit proven skills in time management and attention to detail.
    • Adapt to work in shifts.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    • Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
    • Preferably experienced with new-age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, etc.

    Job Summary 

    As a Client Data Analyst within our KYC/AML team, you will be responsible for understanding and implementing KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will handle and maintain confidential client documentation, collect and verify confidential client data, and review client data/processes to meet firm-wide quality standards. This role provides an opportunity to engage with the Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for growth and development.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement of KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle and maintain confidential client documentation.
  • Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD),
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD)
  • Review of client data/processes to meet firm wide quality standards
  • Interpret alerts and communicating to management when applicable
  • Engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline. 
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree.
  • Knowledge of KYC is essential with at least 5 years’ experience (Audit, Control, Risk, AML, and Research may also be areas of experience)
  • Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Client focused with great customer engagement skills
  • Experience in adhering to controls and compliance standards
  • Self-starter with high levels of commitment & motivation to work with data, fix issues and achieve success in a team environment

    • Generate reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
    • Support the implementation of new reporting systems, dashboards, and reports.
    • Coordinate the production process and troubleshoot monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reports.
    • Review data integrity of client reports.
    • Utilize multiple sources to verify transaction details, investigate timing of transaction activity, payment of dividends, and account holdings attributes.
    • Analyze performance return discrepancies related to account reconciliation and booking of account transaction activity.
    • Liaise with internal teams on a day-to-day basis to resolve any issues with client reporting.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures, including designing and documenting process flows across multiple functions for client reporting.
    • Knowledge of a broad spectrum of security types across Equities, Fixed Income, Options, Derivatives, and Alternative Investments.
    • Participate in end-user and parallel testing for a variety of client reports.
    • Identify and implement areas for process improvement and automation.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's / MBA degree.
    • Experience with reporting, reconciliation, and Alternatives knowledge preferred.
    • High comfort level reviewing large amounts of data within strict timeframes.
    • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
