This role is a mix of technical consulting and client engagement, where you’ll:
- Serve as the primary contact for US-based clients across industries like aerospace, semiconductors, polymers, medical devices, chemicals, advanced materials, energy, and sustainability.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored material testing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and improve workflow efficiency.
- Build and manage high-value accounts, driving long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Lead outreach activities to grow the sales funnel and explore new opportunities.
What makes you a great fit
- Master’s degree in Material Science, Metallurgical & Materials, Polymer, Ceramic, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
- Strong communication skills to manage US-based clients and high-profile accounts.
- Knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques(SEM, TEM, FTIR, GCMS, XRD, AFM, DSC, etc.), and industry-based standard test methods.
- Comfortable in a start-up culture, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
- Professional presence, energy, and enthusiasm to deliver excellence.
