For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Real Estate Client Advisor.
Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Client Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective Home-owners &
Buyers through the resale home-buyer journey—from property discovery to final closure. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, matching clients with the right seller, managing the entire sales process, and
contributing to revenue growth. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Show and recommend properties to potential interested customers, offering options tailored
to their needs.
Build lasting relationships through a consultative sales approach and superior client service.
Sales Execution:
Manage the full resale lifecycle—from property visits and negotiations to documentation and
deal closure.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
Report daily activity and pipeline updates to your reporting manager.
Qualifications:
3–8 years of experience in residential real estate (Primary & Secondary sales)
MBA with 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate markets.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
Existing broker/channel network is a plus.
