Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing receptionist duties such as greeting patients and ensuring a smooth patient flow. The role also includes familiarity with medical terminology and assisting in medical office operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiries
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle administrative tasks efficiently
