**Job Requirements**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for successful clinical onboarding of new customers
- Education for the doctors on our internal systems, processes and protocols for Spark case design
- Responsible for facilitating case reviews for our new Spark users during their onboarding period
- Primary point of contact for initial clinical support for new customers
- Scheduling technical follow up with doctors.
- On-boarding software and clinical support of new doctors remotely
- Backing up the field Digital Sales Specialist teams with clinical support
- Attendance of relevant industry events for clinical support
- Providing technical support (software and web) for all the products in our digital portfolio
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

**Desired work experience, education & skills**:

- Dental Degree or Qualification in Oral Hygiene, Oral Health Therapy or Equivalent

Accountabilities:

  • Support NonClinical Toxicology Study Monitors with key study activities 

  • Support of external study monitors by supporting key support activities 

  • Maintain and update supporting documents 

  • Support the identification and implementation of effective toxicology study processes within the study monitor group that improves efficiency and simplifies ways of working. Provide continued evaluation of the end-to-end process for CRO study management to identify weaknesses and gaps with a focus on improving and simplifying wherever possible.

  • Support financial aspects of study conduct (approval and review of Amended Statements OfWork / Invoices/ Purchase orders)

  • Maintain tracker for ongoing study costs

  • Support ad hoc request for metrics and information gathering activities

  • Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong candidates will have some experience of working in a GLP Toxicology lab and understand the practices, principles and concepts associated with planning and delivering a fit for purpose non-clinical toxicology study
