**_Objective / Purpose:_**
+ **_Lead and strengthen OTAU R&D capabilities in India_** _to maximize the value for accelerating global innovation and efficiency, in alignment with global OTAU R&D goals._

**Clinical Development team participation and leadership**
+ Leads the Development Team in India for assigned compounds. In some cases may lead clinical directors or clinical scientist(s) responsible for leading this team with an emphasis on proactively identifying contingencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
+ Directs Development Team strategy and deliverables overseeing the Development Strategy, Clinical Development Plan and Clinical Protocols in India. Recommends scope, complexity and size, which influence the budget of all aspects of a program. Provides continual critical and constructive evaluation of the development strategy to maintain a state-of-the-art development plan that is competitive and consistent with the latest regulatory requirements, proactive identification of challenges, and development of contingency plans to meet them.
+ Responsible for high impact India specific decisions: monitoring and interpreting data from ongoing internal and external studies, assessing the medical and scientific implications and making recommendations that impact regional and global development such as "go/no go" decisions or modification of development plans or study designs that may have a significant impact on timelines or product labeling. Plans clinical development strategies in context of medical/clinical significance considering how a given product will fit in with current treatments, standard of care, and unmet medical need.
**C. Synopsis / Protocol Development, Study Execution, & Study Interpretation**
+ _Leads Oncology Clinical Science activities in India, including protocol development, study execution, and data interpretation._
+ _Serves as an advisor to the clinical scientists involved in these activities, and be accountable to senior company management for the successful completion of underlying objectives. For the assigned compounds, accountable for the successful completion of projects undertaken - and for pro-active contingency planning / interventions necessary to ensure achievement of related goals._
+ _Interprets data from an overall scientific standpoint as well as within the context of the medical significance to individual patients._
**Trial Medical Monitoring**
+ _Oversees medical monitoring activities, assessing issues related to protocol conduct and/or individual subject safety. Assesses overall safety information for studies and compounds in conjunction with_ _Pharmacovigilance._
**External Interactions**
+ _Leads KOL and investigator engagement strategies to support development of assigned compounds, and contributes to regulatory strategy in India_
+ _Provides leadership and serves as an advisor to the other clinical physicians and scientists engaged in these activities and, in the context of these responsibilities, will be accountable to senior leadership for the successful completion of related objectives in India._
**Due Diligence, Business Development and Alliance Projects**
+ _Can be assigned to be responsible for identification and evaluation of potential business development opportunities, conducts due diligence evaluations, and development and negotiation of clinical development plans for potential alliances and or in-licensing opportunities, as assigned. As part of a global due diligence team, assesses scientific, medical, and development feasibility, evaluating strategic fit with overall portfolio, evaluating complete or ongoing clinical trials, assessing regulatory interactions and future development plans, interacting with upper management of potential partner/acquisition companies during DD visits and alliance negotiations, and representing clinical science on internal assessment teams in conjunction with BD teams_
+ _As assigned, serves as clinical point of contact for ongoing alliance projects and interfaces with partner to achieve Takeda's strategic goals while striving to maintain good working relationship between Takeda and partner. **Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:**
+ _MD, combined MD/PhD or internationally recognized equivalent_
+ _Clinical Training in Malignant Hematology and/or Medical Oncology preferred_
+ _Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO health-related consulting company, or biomedical/clinical experience within academia (or a combination of afore mentioned)._
+ _Minimum of 4 to 5 years of people management experience in a healthcare or life sciences setting is preferred._

    VP, Global Clinical Operations Oncology

    Reporting to the SVP Global Clinical Operations, the VP, Global Clinical Operations Oncology Head is accountable for setting the global strategy for all clinical operations activities within the Oncology portfolio and maintains overall accountability for ensuring delivery to plan and within the target budget for the defined portfolio.

    This role will lead the GCO matrix team for the disease area and requires partnering with relevant functional heads in Global Clinical Operations to share portfolio information, establish optimal ways of working, and ensure excellence in achieving key study and program-level milestones (such as study start-up and database lock). Tracking key performance metrics for monthly and annual governance reviews and driving continuous improvement in ways of working are also essential responsibilities.

     The VP, Global Clinical Operations Oncology Head will provide leadership, oversight, development and direction to the Disease Area Leads, Clinical Operations Asset Leads (COALs), and Third-Party Management Leads setting direction, strategy, digital integration plans and therapy area KPIs.

    The role will encompass all GCO pipeline objectives and drive further therapy area efficiencies through close partnership with the cross-functional leaders in the TA, GCO leadership and the support functions within GCD.

    This role will ensure teams possess the requisite talent and expertise to deliver the pipeline, whether through the internal GSK delivery model or outsourcing to strategic partners.     Role Overview
    We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Nutritionist to join our healthcare team in supporting cancer patients through specialized nutritional care. This role focuses on developing personalized nutrition plans that help patients manage the effects of cancer and its treatments, maintain strength, and enhance quality of life. The Onco-Nutritionist will also be involved in menu planning, food service coordination, and quality control to ensure patients receive safe, nutritious, and appropriate meals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess the nutritional needs of oncology patients at various stages of treatment and recovery.

    • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on medical history, treatment side effects, and patient preferences.

    • Plan and oversee patient menus to ensure they meet dietary guidelines and nutritional needs specific to oncology care.

    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and food service teams to ensure food quality, safety, and consistency with prescribed diets.

    • Monitor patient progress, adjust nutrition plans as needed, and document outcomes.

    • Provide education and counseling to patients and families on managing symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite, taste changes, and weight loss.

    • Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

    • Conduct audits and quality checks on food preparation, storage, and service standards.

    • Stay current with research and best practices in oncology nutrition.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Mandatory)

    • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification (Preferred)

    • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology or hospital settings. (Mandatory)


    Skills Required:

    • Knowledge of therapeutic diets, food safety regulations, and menu planning software.

    • Strong communication skills and empathy for working with patients undergoing cancer treatment.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an Onco-Psychologist to support cancer patients and their families through the emotional challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. You will work as part of a healthcare team, helping patients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns related to cancer.


    Responsibilities:

    • Talk with patients and families to help them cope emotionally.

    • Provide individual or group therapy.

    • Work with doctors and nurses to support patients' mental health.
