Brief Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical care and clinical service quality at the unit.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (MTP, PCPNDT, AERB, Radiation Safety).
- Analyze department mix, consultant needs, and performance of retainers.
- Participate in tariff revisions, clinical compensation, and rationalization of costs.
