Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills are critical for building rapport with clients. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries is crucial. Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
