Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Officer to join the Addiction Psychiatry and Toxicology (APT) service at Northern Mental Health Division.

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role:

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, customer service, and clerical duties to support and optimize the daily operations of the team.

As a vital member of the team, you will Administration Officer is tasked with ensuring that administrative responsibilities are executed efficiently and effectively.

This position is primarily located at Northern Hospital Epping; however, it may necessitate flexibility to work at other program sites within the Northern Mental Health Division as required.

The position is permanent part -time, working 4 days a week within the Mental Health Division programmes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience and good working knowledge of administrative processes, including data entry, document management, and scheduling within health care settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of confidentiality in managing data with in a health service environment.
• Demonstrated clerical experience and administrative skills, with ability to respond flexibly to a variety of tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience using the Victorian mental health statewide information system, such as iPM, CMI or other similar patient information systems.
• Advanced level Microsoft Teams, Office and computer skills, including accurate keyboard skills
