  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders across research, development, marketing, and sales departments.
  • Design and implement data models to support predictive analytics and forecasting of market trends and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D scientists, clinical researchers, and marketing specialists, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GxP).
  • Develop and automate data extraction and reporting processes using SQL, Python, R, or other relevant tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product strategies through rigorous data analysis.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Pharmacology, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, and regulatory processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.
