**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Senior Associate DevOps Engineer is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium complexity.
This role supports the translation of business requirements into technology terms and develops algorithms and programming code for software solutions.
The primary objective of the Senior Associate DevOps Engineer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks and assists with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Works closely with Platform Specialists to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications that identify the goals of the program.
+ Assists with the preparation of a technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow through the computer and its peripheral or related equipment.
+ Analyzes business requirements and ensures that the designed solution meets those requirements.
+ Transforms the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document that focuses on how to deliver the required functionality.
+ Supports with compiling detailed technical specifications based on their designs for developers or IT Programmers to implement.
+ Supports with converting a design into a complete information system. This includes acquiring and installing the systems environment, creating and testing databases, preparing test case procedures, preparing test files, coding, compiling, refining programs and performing test readiness review and procurement activities.
+ Supports with ensuring that throughout the development phase, the process is documented including the development procedures for application use and security.
+ Supports with examining any program errors in logic and data and make the necessary recommendations to correct the program as required and/or escalate the problem accordingly.
+ Works with the required teams to assist with the installation and deployment of the application.
+ Assists with the resolution of any problems identified in the integration and test phases.
+ Supports all the code sets and implementations that have been implemented in production in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the business.
+ Supports with writing and distributing the task descriptions in a production environment to operate and maintain the solution that has been designed and implemented.
+ Performs with any other related task as required.

Our Investment Grade Research Team is searching for an Associate within our Credit Research team to be based out of Gurgaon/Mumbai.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills are paramount.
The candidate should be capable of undertaking surveillance credit coverage/ primary credit coverage of a defined list of issuers and work collaboratively with the team in New York. Those with good exposure to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessment highly regarded.
The role will be part of our Fundamental Fixed Income team and will report into a manager locally.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Fundamental credit research on a defined list of Issuers. Ability to make an informed view on absolute credit risk along with risks and mitigants.
+ Should be adept in writing Credit reports and able to highlight key investment criteria to make an informed decision.
+ Would be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial models with projections along with comparative company analysis. Adept at preparing earnings summaries to highlight key insights and trends.
+ Participating in conference calls, industry conferences, and discussions with management/rating agencies which would involve preparing questions for management, dialing into road shows and updating views on new issuances.
+ Ongoing monitoring of coverage names for: restructuring, event risk, capital structure, dominant/controlling shareholders, disruption
+ Working on ad hoc projects based on topical issues/trends/reforms impacting industries.
+ Would also assist in tactical execution of trade ideas and portfolio management. She/He would also be responsible for preparing databases and sections of thematic reports and presentations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Motivated team player and flexible in approach with ability to work independently.
+ Generalists are encouraged to apply, although **candidates with experience in covering US Financial Institutions and Industrials sectors will be preferred** .
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills - presents ideas in a clear, concise, and constructive manner.
+ Strong Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills
+ MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance with superior academic record; CFA will be an added advantage.
+ Experience in writing credit reports
+ Excellent credit skills demonstrated through prior relevant experience (4+ years) working as a research analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join ISS STOXX’s Research Institute. The Research Institute is a firm-wide initiative dedicated to developing cutting-edge and actionable insights for our global investors’ clients, leveraging our whole suite of proprietary data and solutions and informed by the latest ideas in the market. As a member of the Research Institute, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Institute’s success by effectively coordinating all aspects of the Institute’s projects and by gathering information on these projects’ impacts.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder coordination:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively execute the Research Institute research agenda and overall strategy. This includes timely coordination with various authors across the organization and, in particular, with our colleagues in the Marketing, Communications, Branding and Compliance departments.
Maintain schedules of Institute’s projects to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Assist in the management of the ISS STOXX Research Podcast.
Support relationship building with external stakeholders as needed, including with clients and prospects, academic institutions, experts, and industry leaders.
Development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators:
Help develop a market-leading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) program for our thought leadership efforts. This program would include both quantitative and qualitative indicators and would allow us to evaluate customer feedback and brand perception.
Track and monitor KPIs on a regular basis. Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard to keep senior leadership informed.
Research support:
Contribute to research projects, including primary and secondary research.
Support data visualization efforts for our various publications and communication campaigns.
Promote and participate in an engaging, positive, and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business (MBA), marketing and communications.
Advance knowledge on project management tools (i.e. Scrum, RACI).
Knowledge of financial markets, investment management, and/or sustainable finance is preferable.
Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, to prioritize tasks, and to meet deadlines.
Can-do attitude and a self-driven work ethic.
Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with customer-first attitude.
Willingness to work with a highly collaborative, flexible, and innovative team across different locations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R Studio and JIRA are advantages.

Position Purpose
The role holder is responsible for contributing to the discovery and pre-development of innovative solutions in agrochemistry, namely new a.i.s for crop protection adding significant value to the business of PI. The role will to carry out literature/patent search, FTO analysis and other KM services in accordance with the project timelines and objectives. The role holder will plan and propose to Group Leader - KM all input, equipment and other requirements for approval and procurement to ensure efficient conduct of project activities and contribute to generating IP and ensuring it’s protection
Operational Responsibilities
- Keep self and team updated on the state of the art in IP management and KM specific tools
- Carrying KM services like FTO analysis and opinion, novelty search, literature supply and others with appropriate documentation and distribution of results
- Support competitor intelligence activities
- Develop and foster positive relationships with other teams and support groups such as chemistry/biology to maximize knowledge sharing and cooperation
- Comply with all the safety requirements as per the requirement of the role
- Leading knowledge transfer through presentations, training materials, tips and best practices for collaboration, so as to continually improve the performance of the group
- Knowledge of Intellectual property laws and in particular, patent laws related to patentability, FTO, invalidity analysis.
- Knowledge of how to read and interpret patents.

- Knowledge of different database (either of Orbit, Total Patent or equivalent and SciFinder must, STN good to have) and ability to evaluate them to derive maximum information.
- Building a query in a search database- structure, text, classification, codes etc.
