Team focuses on enabling these solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, product managers, and engineering, to address complex technical problems from our clients, including implementations, deployments, architecture, migrations, performance, and scalability.
**Your role and responsibilities**
You will be responsible for
Collaborating with internal and external technical teams
Defining and detailing the scope of technical requirements into solution architecture and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
Helping to resolve Performance/Technical issues during implementations and migrations
Assessing customer business challenges and offering solution to address business needs
Provide guidance to customers on architecture and implementation (i.e. cloud migrations, messaging modernization, integration and data modernization,AI ) on IBM's Cloud Paks and observability products.
Review peers' solutions and designs, including architecture and integration pipeline, to offer suitable guidance for performance optimization.
Assist internal teams and IT partners by suggesting solutions that minimize and/or manage risk.
Automate and optimize processes as needed to configure and support use cases like migrate solutions and create secure solutions
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Understanding of entreprise microservices architectures and implementations

Experience in installing and deploying solutions to Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred)
