Rapyder is leading AWS Service Provider in cloud computing and is looking for world-class candidates to join our business.
As an Enterprise Business Development for Rapyder, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a business development/sales background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, mostly with C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory/ account coverage plan business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT Work closely with the Solutions Team to ensure that Rapyder is the customer's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.
Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements Requirements
- Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered.
- 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales.
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
- Must have experience in selling cloud services. Good to have experience in selling Azure cloud solutions
- Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement
- Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary ( precise, concise choice of words ) and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder and imbibe the same in daily behavior.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this.

Requirements
1. Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered. 2. 0-3 years exp in direct IT product or services sales. Experience should not be a burden or luggage, rather it should be a pointer towards maturity 3. Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline in large enterprise accounts 4. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. 5. Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary (precise, concise choice of words) and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD. Sales execs can be groomed to become managers in 2 years’ time frame, if they perform well 7. Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital, and we wont conduct English language skills training. This skill must be readily available across all roles. 8. Being able to work independently, build relationships and learn technology through self paced modules. We can hire fresh MBA/BE who don't need monitoring and spoon feeding for every task. 9. Chosen persons have to clear AWS accreditations and certifications such as cloud practitioner.
