Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
+ Having 7+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery and cloud operations.

You will work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple SAP S4/HANA and SAP IBP system components or applications. You should have strong technical knowledge of SAP systems and databases. Additional responsibilities include managing periodic maintenance activities, refreshes, patching, and upgrades.
The role includes the following tasks:
+ Design, implement, monitor, maintain and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems for SAP Sovereign Cloud.
+ Setup of a multi-system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
+ Life cycle management activities like Hotfixes, Upgrades, EPs.
+ Provision, monitor and operate cloud services meeting SLAs and KPIs.
+ Analyse, troubleshoot and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents.
+ Work with complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape maintenance.
+ Maintaining the integrity and security of servers and systems.
+ Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements.
+ Partner with product development team to design and enhance the services.

**What you bring**
+ Overall 8 years of SAP experience with at least 2 years focus on SAP S/4HANA.

+ Excellent troubleshooting skills and comprehensive and conclusive root cause analysis.

+ Experienced in building and/or planning and testing of the DR.
