Summary
The Service Manager function is responsible for all aspects of service delivery management of the FINEOS Cloud for our customers’ pre-production and production environments. This includes up time, deployment, administration, service management and technology selection. The Service Manager is part of a global team responsible for the integrity and on-going service management of the FINEOS Cloud stack in our customer facing datacenters and responding to our fast-paced environment.

This role generally works a standard business week, but occasional weekend work and / or on-call rotations may be required. 

Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Act as an incident controller – coordinate the major incident bridge, ensure adherence to incident management processes, and drive for restoration of service and incident resolution • Problem analysis, identification, and remediation from incident tickets, monitoring, and other means. Proactive identification of possible problems
• Drive and own analysis of problem, ensure root cause and corrective action are determined to reduce number of incidences, thus increasing availability
• Lead cross functional teams as necessary to analyze all sources of issues and outages, investigate, diagnosis root cause, and accountable for completion of corrective actions
• Maintain metrics on availability, incident status
• Through risk and impact analysis determine the appropriate actions to resolve problems including Known Errors documentation, automated responses, and problem remediation
• Track and communicate status of problem resolution efforts
• Provide training to support teams and business users on processes and problem tracking tools and tasks

Education and/or Experience
• College degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience with IT Incident Management 
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing role
• 7-10 years in Information Technology, with a comprehensive Service Management background preferred
• Certifications a plus; ITIL Foundations certification, ITIL Operational Support and Analysis Certification, AWS Certification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong foundation in various areas of IT • Competency in process execution and administration
• Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, both verbal and written

The Cloud Services Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert and is also a pre-sales persona working with clients and sales/delivery teams in a value co-creation process resulting in the design of Managed Services solutions across the Cloud technology domain.

This role is responsible for the development of competitive, innovative, secure, multi-year, viable Managed Services solutions and associated costing inputs to commercial models.

The Cloud Services Architect applies both solution design and sales skills to engage and help close opportunities with decision-makers.

This role has the opportunity to design solutions with some of the most innovative global organizations, technologies, accelerating the digital transformation business objectives and outcomes.

In some instances, the Cloud Services Architect will remain engaged during and post the implementation of services designed and may be required to participate in renewals.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs relatively complex managed service solutions to meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain.
  • Conducts sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
  • Designs the Managed Service offering, interfacing with the platform delivery team.
  • Tests and validates new designs features and delivery models or recommend improving existing service offers that is being taken to market
  • Responsible for the service design deliverables of the solution, working with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability.
  • Supports the validation processes by obtaining sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders.
  • Provides services design of solutions for the client that will be commercially competitive whilst mitigating risk.
  • Maps the client's requirements against the proposed set of service elements and architectures and coordinate the end-to-end solution development (Cloud Services, Technology Architectures, SIAM, SLA, ITSM leading practices).
  • Executes a consulting approach that results in a consolidated statement of requirements, scope, transition documents, and costing based need for change, the role of IT, definition of the AS-IS versus desired state (Future Mode of operation defined), gap analysis, and roadmap, highlighted impacts, consequences, and benefits of the intended transformation (people, process, technology).
  • Assists the sales teams in presenting an architecture solution to clients with a focus on cost savings or uncovering other client growth opportunities using the ability to discover and analyze the client’s current architecture, platforms, and operating models.
  • Shares client outcomes and market conditions with other stakeholders so that the global offering leads, and Managed Services community can evolve strategies and develop innovative solutions for the future
  • Assists the sales teams to have a commercial model discussion with the client.
  • Identifies all service costs and populate cost models accurately to ensure full visibility of costs related to the delivery of the service over the contract term.
  • Assist with vendor management depending on the service offers and ensures that the transition to service delivery teams are well coordinated to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

  • Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Seasoned understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration.
  • Seasoned knowledge and value of multi cloud technologies especially cloud native application workflows, understanding of architecture transformation, observability and legacy to cloud migrations.
  • Seasoned Azure and/or GCP and/or AWS infrastructure architect and presales skills.
  • Ability to communicate potential improvements and value of solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in.
  • Ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution, especially in a matrixed organization.
  • Seasoned understanding of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology and cloud native technologies.
  • Analytical abilities to discover and analyze all input and data.
  • Seasoned knowledge of Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models.
  • Comfortable working with costing models in partnership with sales and finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution, especially in a matrixed organization.
  • Up to date knowledge on emerging trends in Cloud technology, Managed Services Integration etc.
  • Passion for staying abreast of related industry trends and best practices.
  • Passion for learning and growing in related specialization.

  • Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information technology/systems or a related field.
  • Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration, Automation Artificial Intelligence and Analytics preferred.
  • Scaled Agile certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Additional desirable technology / vendor certifications are (any one or more) - Azure AZ900 – Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMWare VTSP or VTSP for AWS/Azure.

  • Required Experience:

  • Seasoned track record of designing cloud managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts
  • Proof of structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
  • Seasoned solution planning and deal shaping technical specialist, with the ability to create compelling value propositions as part of the solution design.
  • Seasoned experience working in an environment with global delivery and in multiple geographies and industries.
  • Seasoned experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably in a managed cloud services environment.

    We are currently seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud + Service Cloud Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India (IN).
    "Minimum Qualifications:
    - 5+ years of developing applications on Salesforce.com
    - Understanding of Agile Development
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to work in a team environment.
    - Familiarity with Accountability, being detail-oriented, and taking initiative
    - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
    Mandatory Skills
    Service Cloud, Expericence CLoud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, Salesforce APIs
    Service cloud skills: Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom built portal They should be able to deploy using Flosum
    Advanced-Level Proficiency:
    · Lightning web component (LWC)
    · Apex
    · Visualforce
    · Aura
    · Salesforce SOQL
    · Configuring Salesforce Flow
    Experience with custom Salesforce.com development, including but not limited to the following:
    - Apex Classes
    - Apex Triggers
    - Visualforce Pages/Components
    - Visualforce Emails
    - Creating Community/Experience Cloud Components
    - Using CSS to alter the look of pages
    - Using JavaScript to add capabilities
    - Salesforce.com integration with third party systems
    · Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
    · Experience in web technologies using HTML5, XML, CSS, Java Script, REST APIs
    · Troubleshooting Skills
    Intermediate-Level Proficiency:
    · Salesforce Dataloader
    · Reports & Dashboards
    · Einstein analytical studio
    · Knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets
    · Experience in any Object-Oriented programming language as Java or C# preferred.
    · Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended)"
