Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable and robust cloud infrastructure solutions. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, and operations to ensure our technology platforms meet current and future business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud architectures, network design, and security best practices.

- Develop comprehensive technical roadmaps and strategies for cloud adoption and migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices, including high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of cloud infrastructure, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards and tooling.
- Engage with stakeholders to present architectural decisions and gain buy-in.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on cloud architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing, building, and managing complex cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and data storage solutions.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
