Operations and Continuous improvement:
• Leads discussions on operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Acts as an escalation point for major incidents, problems, or issues in the environment.
• Infrastructure stability and effective operation management using proactive monitoring tools.
• Strong review and governance structure for IT Infrastructure operations.
• Competence in Cloud Security Solutions.

Qualifications: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers
PG: MCA in Computers
Functional Skills:
• Good Understanding of Cloud Security Components, Network Security, Identity Management.
• Demonstrated capabilities in providing technical support and structuring customized solutions to meet process specific needs. High performing with proven professional diligence caliber in Hardware Networking, System Administration, Troubleshooting, System Configuration Technical Support Operations targeting optimal operational performance.
• Good understanding of server technologies like Operating Systems (Windows, Linux etc), Physical Virtual Servers ,Storage and Backups, Disaster Recovery.
• Person should carry good understanding of standards and procedures and ensure that same should be in place for the work of his or her team. This includes establishing, writing, and distributing governance and enforcing the governance at every level.
• Good knowledge of infra design and platform selections. He/She should aware of the strategic direction of the organization as well as new technologies on the horizon. He/She is be able to use this knowledge to select the right technology.
• Person should carry knowledge of Project Management, Incident Management, Customer Management, Technical Support (Data Center Technologies, Cloud, Network/Server/Web /Security) .
• Person should carry good understanding of monitoring/monitoring tools and reporting (proper metrics) . Produce standard reports on the status of the infrastructure, Regularly communicate what they are doing and how their work relates to the success of the organization
• Good technical understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and experience of integrating public cloud into tradition hosting/delivery models.
• Experience in performance tuning, including the following: (load balancing, web servers)
• Knowledge of Server hardening, AV, EDR, end point operating systems.
• Partner governance capability specially SLA review, SLA enabled SOW creation , Governance .etc.
• Good troubleshooting problem-solving capability.
