About the role:

To digitize and optimize the design-to-production process for both wood and fabric components. The engineer will create precise digital models, nesting layouts, and CNC-ready programs for the iEcho automatic fabric cutter, beam saw, and 5-axis CNC. This position bridges design, production, and prototype fabrication, ensuring high precision and maximum material yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D product designs and components in AutoCAD, Rhino, or SolidWorks.

• Prepare toolpaths and nesting programs for (fabric), automatic beam saw, and 3,4,5-axis CNC

(wood).

• Collaborate with R&D lead and prototype technicians to build, test, and refine prototypes.

• Standardize digital libraries: templates, parametric models, and cut-file archives.
